Chapel & Ceremony Policies

Please take a moment and review our wedding chapel policies. We pride ourselves in being transparent with our couples and guests. Below is a list of topics covered in our policies. If you have a question that our policy information can not answer reach out to us and we would love to help!

Deposits

We require a deposit of 50% of your wedding package total. This may be made using a credit/debit card, check or money order or cash. This will hold your ceremony date and time.

Refunds

You may cancel your plans within 72 hours of making your deposit. We will refund your deposit with only a $100 cancellation fee. 

 

After this initial 72 hours, there are no refunds for cancellation. 

 

Rescheduling/Postponing

If you must reschedule or postpone your ceremony, you may contact us no later than 2 weeks prior to your ceremony date.  Deposits are non transferable. There is a $50 rescheduling fee.  

If your plans change and we are not notified within 24 hours of your ceremony time, a $100 “no show” fee will be charged to your credit card.  There are no refunds for cancellations made day of ceremony.  Same day reservations do not qualify for 72 hour change of plans.
